Fratz Contact Center Tools is built by Chris, a contact-center operations and workforce-management leader. His work has included building a contact center for the Paris 2024 Olympics and supporting guest services for the Super Bowl and international festivals.

Smaller teams deserve the same staffing math and quality discipline as big ones, without enterprise pricing or a months-long rollout. These are the tools he wanted those teams to have.

Questions

Do I need an account for the free tools?

No. The Erlang calculators, the QA library scorecards and the templates work without signing up.

How does one Patreon login work across the tools?

Join a tier on Patreon, then click Log in with Patreon on any Fratz site. Your login is shared by www, wfm and qa on fratzasaservice.com, so logging in once unlocks your tier everywhere in that browser. On another device, log in there too.

Is my contact-center data uploaded?

No. Calculations, imports, scorecards and evaluations run and are saved in your browser. When you log in, we only receive your Patreon first name, tier and membership status. See the privacy page.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your paid features until Patreon reports the membership as ended, then the tools go back to the free tier. Anything you saved stays in your browser. Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Patreon.
