Short version: Fratz Contact Center Tools run in your browser. The contact-center data you enter (volumes, handle times, scorecards, evaluations, agent names) is processed and saved on your own device and is never sent to us. We have no database of your data. The only personal information we receive is what Patreon shares if you choose "Log in with Patreon".

Your contact-center data stays in your browser

All calculations, imports, scorecards, evaluations and reports run in JavaScript on your own device. Nothing you type or import is uploaded to us or anyone else.

Each site saves some of your work in your browser's storage so it's there next time. Browser storage belongs to one site, so the WFM site can't read QA's data and vice versa:

  • Fratz WFM: Day Planner drafts and saved scenarios, shrinkage itemization, what-if and channel settings (localStorage). Imported ACD data only if you tick “Remember this data on this device” (IndexedDB); a day sent from Import to the Day Planner passes briefly through sessionStorage.
  • Fratz QA: your scorecards, evaluations (including the agent names and notes you enter), calibration sessions, drafts and preferences (localStorage).
  • Every site: a copy of your Patreon membership (first name, tier and what it unlocks) so pages can unlock instantly. It's removed when you log out.

Links you share, such as a Fratz WFM result link or a Fratz QA scorecard link, carry their data in the link itself. They only go somewhere if you send them to someone. Files you export (CSV, PDF, backups) are ordinary downloads on your device.

You can delete this data at any time by clearing each site's data in your browser settings. It doesn't follow you to another browser or device. Because we never have a copy, we can't restore it for you: export a backup if it matters.

Patreon login

Paid tiers are memberships on Patreon. Patreon handles payments, card details, billing addresses, receipts, taxes, cancellations and refunds under Patreon's privacy policy. We never see your card details.

When you click "Log in with Patreon", Patreon asks you to approve sharing with Fratz Contact Center Tools. It then shares your Patreon user ID, first name, membership tier and membership status with us. We don't request your email address.

We keep that information, with the login tokens Patreon gives us, in an encrypted, HttpOnly, Secure cookie set for .fratzasaservice.com, so one login works on www, wfm and qa. The cookie lasts about 30 days. There is no server database of members. About once a day while you're logged in, the site asks Patreon whether your membership is still active. Log out from the membership panel (or any Fratz site) to delete the cookie.

Cookies

We only set cookies if you log in with Patreon: the encrypted login cookie above, plus a short-lived security cookie during the login itself. There are no advertising or social-media trackers on any Fratz site.

Google Fonts

The sites load their fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, so Google receives standard request details such as your IP address and browser type, under Google's privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. It gives us totals like "how many people opened the calculator today", not information about individuals.

Hosting

The sites and the Patreon login service are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request details (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the sites from abuse.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
